This is where I’ll log into my actual PayPal (which was recently hacked because of a keylogger on Miss Tesla’s laptop) using a direct link, confirm the email is bullshit, then report said email.

There should be a report phishing button in your webmail provider’s user interface, or through Paypal’s security page. I know I’ve marked several of those well done (for a phishing e-mail anyways) forgeries using Outlook.com’s phishing report button.
